Welcome to a breakthrough in the safety of children at the point of registration and collection from childcare settings.
Vizilogger was developed to solve a problem that grew and grew. The people at Superkids Limited, a childcare company founded in 2001 and based in Stockport, with settings across Cheshire and South Manchester, began to struggle with the amount of paper they were using to produce registers, as well as the cost of ink and the archives they were having to store. So they put their heads together with a Manchester-based tech company to figure out a way of solving their problem.
After 2 years of development and 2 years of rigorous testing Vizilogger was born. Because it has been developed by child carers, Vizilogger has the highest level of security at its heart. The result is one of the safest ways a child carer can manage handovers of children.
Running a childcare company means getting to know your customers really well – after all, they need to trust you with the most precious people in their lives. So, although this is a technological solution, it relies on our very personal ability to recognise people. That means the personal aspect of handing over and collecting your child has been retained, steering away from the unnerving world of biometrics, finger print scanning, digital facial recognition, etc. This was very important to the people at Superkids, who have a reputation for building positive relationships with their customers.
Once Vizilogger had been developed and put to use, Superkids were keen to share their idea with other childcare companies. So why not give us a call on 0161 850 6650 to see how Vizilogger could reduce paper and printing costs and solve your paper storage issues. We’d love to hear from you.
Vizilogger is much quicker than paper - especially when you've got 3 children. I got a secret code on my phone to set up, which only I knew, so it's a lot safer, especially when you're collecting. It means not just anybody can collect.
It's very straightforward to set up new people. I just had to ring the office with their name and number and they did the rest. It's really quick to do - just a couple of taps and they're signed out.
